Purpose of the service is to make sure reliability of the Client’s equipment, to cooperate with the Client and to provide technical assistance.

Call service is the call-based maintenance service, which will be provided on site when it’s called by the client. Advantages of this service are:
PS: This service shall belong to the customers who bought product and/or service from New Telecom LLC and no service agreement was signed even though the warranty period has been expired.
New Telecom LLC provides information, utilization, service and safety training on the equipment, which is installed in a particular organization, both during and after installation.
Class-based and remote training can be provided, based on the customers’ request.
