By successfully implementing New Khujirt Spa Resort, we can effectively combine traditional curing and treatment methods with modern tourism, recreation and services to become a model of service excellence for resorts and sanatoriums. By building a spa resort that will comply with international standards and norms, we will be able to provide a complete package service for our esteemed customers and set spa resort grades and will be able to fully satisfy our customers’ demands and achieve high level of customer satisfaction. We will create new line of tourism, that is: domestic and international health tourism. By doing so, we will make valuable contribution to the health and tourism sectors of Mongolia. This project has high level of return and will be enable to utilize company active assets in the long-term without devaluation and provide low-cost spa and nursing services and create great value for the company in the long run. In terms of geopolitics, it has advantageous location and will enable to combine health and tourism sectors with complete compliance with internationally-recognized standards. Major traditional mud, spring, and chiropractic cure centers for physio-skeletal organs, neurology and other side treatments are concentrated in the region. This sector has future potential for coordination with the state policy on health sector. This project will enable us to improve current state of local spa, sanatorium and resort services and operation and upgrade them to the best international standards and serve as a model of service and operation excellence for other enterprises and organizations. Khujirtm County, where the project will be implemented, is located 390 km away from the city of Ulaanbaatar and is the major western center of the domestic tourism. In order to satisfy our customers’ needs and demands, we will construct third-grade five-storey facility which is capable of accommodating 300 patients with 3 sections and total square of 14,182 sq.m. The spa resort facility shall have 2 treatment blocks, recreation hall, movie theater, fitness center, children’s play room, Spa Resort service hall, sauna, and Jacuzzi.
